Many of you have asked about sending "Care Packages".  Perhaps you, your church or Sunday school class would like to send one to help in our ministry or just remind us of home.  Here is a list of some items that would be much appreciated:

Cake mixes – any kind
Macaroni and cheese
Jiffy corn bread mix
Coffee creamer – any flavors
Pudding mix
Brownie mixes
Pepperoni
Chocolate chips
Twizzlers - red
Rotel – mild or med.

Also, any new or used Sunday school/VBS material will certainly be put to good use – ship in “m” bag at Post Office

Tips for Shipping
The US Post Office has a flat rate box that they will give you to fill up. You can put any weight in the box and ship it to us for $37.50. Just ask them for a “flat rate box”.

To save room you can take boxed items out of the boxes and put them in ziplock bags – you may want to put any cooking instructions in the bag as well. My cooking ability is not that great. Anything that you think might break open should go into a ziplock bag or maybe two, depending on what you think.

Bubble wrap envelopes are great for shipping items as well. Again you will want to put items in ziplocks in case of breakage. The bubble wrap envelopes will come directly to our mail box. We received an envelope that did not have the bubble wrap inside it and it was pretty worn – especially since it was accidentally sent to Jakarta, Indonesia first. So the bubble wrap is very helpful.

Bigger boxes are quite expensive but we do receive them. The customs people especially like tootsie rolls if you would like to throw a few of those on top for good measure.

How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel
of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!  Romans 10:15b
