Missionaries to Kenya, Africa

Dear Prayer Partners,

It has been a wonderful summer for our MANNA feeding centers at Majoni and Bomani in Kenya. God blessed and we had a team from the United States that visited and ministered to our children.

We were able to dedicate the New Life Feeding Center and Kindergarten in Bomani. Pastor Guy Conn III from Waukesha, Wisconsin came to be our special speaker. His church is the sponsor of this MANNA center and brought many great gifts for the children, teachers, and workers. His church raised over $80,000 to build this complex and send enough money each month to feed and educate 150 children. It was such a joy to be with them when they visited the children for the first time. Hopefully you will be able to visit our photo gallery and enjoy the pictures from their visit. Bruce and Pam O'Neal visited from MANNA Worldwide in Fort Worth, Texas. As the founder of MANNA, it was a great honor for us to show him firsthand what God is accomplishing through the ministry in Kenya. We had over 1000 people come to the dedication service. Our special Kenyan guest, Mr. Masumbuko, is running for Kenyan parliament. Five radio and television stations came out to our service and we were put on the TV. and radio the next day. Please pray that the Gospel message will be heard and understood by all those who hear the story of the dedication.

We are now able to feed and educate over 300 children. It is a great blessing for us to see these children grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ as a great percent of them have accepted Jesus as their personal Savior.

The Neema (Grace) Baptist Church and the Injili (Gospel) Baptist Church are both doing well under their national pastors. Each one is running over 200 each Sunday. There have been over 70 baptisms in the last few months. We thank and praise God for the souls that have been saved and the lives that are being changed.

Thank you for your prayers and support.

God bless,
Bobby Bechtel
