1. Pray for Spirit led unity among the Ethiopian Baptist Churches here in
Addis Ababa. Presently, only two are involved in the Bible College.
2. Pray for the Ethiopians who are presently translating a three year
Bible institute English program into Amharic.
3. Pray for an unreached area on the border of Ethiopia and Sudan to be
opened to the Gospel.
4. Pray for the students in our Bible College who are struggling with
English. Under communism English was not a priority subject. Both teachers
and students need prayer regarding this. The pastors want this program to be
taught in English.
5. Pray that God would burden the hearts of individuals or couples who
would consider a full time ministry to young people in Ethiopia. Over half
of Ethiopia's 60,000,000 plus (SIXTY-MILLION PLUS) are under the age of 16
years.
